Thank You Mrs. Weigand !!

I just want to take a little time out to thank Mrs. Weigand (my digital media teacher) for first off, being amazing and fantastic but for also introducing me to something new. I never imagined myself to be a blogger or to take ideas from my mind and create an amazing piece of work. My imagination expands with every assignment she gies me and that makes her great. I never been so excited to do work or to be in a class so much before as with this class. This is my senior year but I can really see myself creating projects like this in my everyday life. All I can do to show how happy I am with this class is bring home that A+ !

Notebook Cover

This was the first assignment in my Digital Media class. Finding my vision for my notebook cover was very difficult. I think it's because I had to create something that I would be looking at for the remainder of the school year. This assignment kind of made me nervous because I had never in my life used photoshop or a Mac Notebook so I was very unsure on how it would look in the end. I'm not 100% happy with how it looks but at the same time I feel like I accomplished something that I have never tried before.

I used things that somewhat inspired me. Celebrities like Jay-Z and Beyonce, they are a power couple in hip-hop and r&b. They are both hard working people who went through obstacles in their lives and they've been together for 9 years and are now married. Kid Cudi is someone I had never heard of until his album released and as fast as that I heard he was retiring and after hearing what his music had to say, I understand why he's saving his genius. I put Fabolous on my cover simple because I love him and his swagg is crazy on point, lol. I also added my favorite cities of inspiration; Houston, Texas and New York, New York.
